Maury Povich is COOL SHIT.
The son of a Washington Post reporter, Maury was always destined to be the bastion of reporting that he is today.
He graduated from The Landon School in 1958 and later moved to the University of Pennsylvania in 1962 with a degree in television journalism
In order to secure another generation of reporting genius, he took the hand of nightly news’ iron lady, Connie Chung.
Despite their undying love for one another, and an MSNBC show titled "Weekends with Maury and Connie", they have been unable to conceive a child. Not ones to accept failure and having always loved children, Maury and Connie have adopted a son.
Maury continues to build his legacy on a daily basis, and this is why we salute him today.
